• We ship Monday - Wednesday only unless shipping via Delta Dash
• We are not responsible for carrier negligence which leads to delay
• We guarantee live arrival unless temps are over 89 degrees or under 40 degrees, in extreme weather conditions we recommend using Delta Dash
• We cannot offer cash or credit card refunds, only store credits that will be issued on the next order (please mention credit when placing next order)
• DOAs must be e-mailed in within 8 hours after animals are received
• We require photo proof of DOA
• A $5 box fee applies per box
